Kind of secretive concert coming up- You should go and other fun stuff!!!

Happy Easter!!! Sorry its been so long since I've updated this. We have some fun things coming up! First we have The Path coming up next Sunday! It should be a great time. You will be receiving details in the mail soon. Next there is a kind of secret concert coming up on Saturday May 1st. I cracked the clues in my email and figured out it will be Sanctus Real and Mikeschair. Tickets don't go on sale until later, but I wanted to let you know. It will be an outdoor concert at Kramers Lake/New Beginnings Fellowship in Mt. Vernon. I think it will be a SWEET concert. Let me know if you wanna go and we can get tickets. If you want to hear some of their music, just click the here. Third, we have camp coming up and Ichthus which is a BIG Christian music festival. It is a blast. I just wanted to tell you about an AWESOME new movie that I just saw called 'To Save A Life'. This is a movie I would like our whole youth group to see. It will change the way that we think about how we interact and reach out to other people. I'm still working on a time, but I would love to find a Sunday afternoon soon that we as a youth group, your friends, and parents can go to the theater and watch this movie. It is very well done and is real to how high school is. I have attached a preview of the movie below. Please let me know your thoughts and if this is something you wanna see. Join us for the 30 Hour Famine coming up!!!

Hey guys, I hope your having a great new year and are getting back to school ok. I just wanted to invite you to the 30 Hour Famine coming up February 12-13. This will be a very fun time where we will worship, play games, do a community service project and most importantly raise money to help feed hungry children all over the world. Don't freak out, but we will go for 30 hours without eating. We will have several juice breaks to hold us over though. I also have invited several other youth groups from around the city to join us. I think it will be a great time to meet new friends and be a witness for Christ around Evansville. We will have a quick meeting after church this Sunday (February 24th in the Fellowship Hall) for you and your parents. Please invite your friends to join us. It will be an AWESOME time!!!
